Stacey Dybendahl

Over fifteen years, I worked for Stacey on six large and complex IT projects. She entrusted me with ‘special jobs’—from establishing quality standards to troubleshooting project delivery bottlenecks. Beyond my business analysis role, these responsibilities helped me develop adaptability, prioritisation, and versatility across the specialist disciplines that contribute to enterprise IT projects.

Stacey, I am grateful for the opportunity to build a broader understanding of enterprise IT project delivery. You taught me the value of quality and accountability. Without your influence, I would not have had the foundation and practical insight to support the introduction of the Project Assurance Manager role as a gap in the project organisation structure.
